German to English Law/Patents Insurance Construction
This is from a construction insurance contract. One of the things mentioned is "Schäden an benachbarten Bauwerken infolge Unterlassung sachgemäßer Pölzungen." What does this last word mean?

It looks just like the image shown in John O'Brien's PDF link next to Verbauteil (construction part). The PDF link also suggests that the form with 'P-' is Austrian (AT).
