Chinese to English Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks car parts

Hello!

Need some help translating the car part name "防震垫". There's little context, only the "防震垫配线“ (配线 is the wiring which goes through this part of the car). According to the drawing (I can't post it here because it is confidential) it is located somewhere between the cowl panel, windscreen and the dashboard. 防震垫 is its basic meaning seems to be a "vibration pad", but there's no such car part, at least at the location I've mentioned. Does anybody familiar with the subject know what thing is it?
