Spanish term

sin valor

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Cranial CT scan
From a cranial CT report issued in Spain (Malaga):
"Asimetría del tamaño ventricular con mayor tamaño del derecho, sin valor."

Does this mean the asymmetry is negligible?

Discussion

Sarah Jane Aberásturi (asker) Sep 4, 2014:
inconsequential Thanks for your suggestions and discussion.
Sparked by telefpro's idea, I found that abnormalities and differences are frequently described as "inconsequential" in medical reports, and this seemed to me to be the best fit here.
"Unremarkable" is certainly widely used, but I take it to mean that everything is normal (or not requiring comment), whereas in my context there is an (inconsequential) deviation from the norm.
