I got these from a Cuban document, but from a different subject area and date, which is why I've given it medium confidence, but I'm actually quite confident that the initials you have mean this.

As for whether there are equivalent acronyms in English, you could put T, L, PC (or perhaps just P) and S, but you would have to explain them, I think.
