English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
If any Dispute arises out of this Agreement, the Dispute shall be referred to the Parties’ representatives, who shall seek in good faith to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) days of the issue being referred, escalating it within their respective companies as necessary for this purpose.
