Yes, in that context "disciplina" must mean "profession." However, I think the similarities in the texts are misleading. I don't see how "para que haya/so that there is" fits with "profession"

In another similar text I have found a similar list of requirements for EC approval, and this includes "Listado de miembros que participaron en la evaluacion de todos los documentos y su disciplina", leading me to believe that disciplina in this context is asking about their profession/discipline/specialty/working area... any thoughts on how this would work with "para que haya disciplina"?

Confidence inflation?? Nobody seems sure, but everyone is posting a "4" level of confidence. The "5" used to be a rare bird; now I'm seeing it everywhere. Have we lost humility? What has happened to IMHO?

Context Thanks everyone for your input. There is not a lot more context I can give. This is just a standard letter to an ethics committee requesting approval for an updated document. There is a list at the end of the letter of requirements in the EC approval letter. One is to include the protocol number, one is to include the EC address, and one is the bullet point cited requesting the list of participating members. It seems out of place to me but I am not sure.
