French term

CCHO

French to English Marketing Food & Drink Chocolate
Again, found in a PPT marketing presentation for chocolate products. A slide shows the market penetration of three chocolate products:

"Tablettes 93,8

Saisonniers 81,8

CCHO 78,2"

I cannot figure what CCHO (all caps in the source) stands for. It is beside a picture that is not very clear, but seems to show a box of chocolate bars (like Hershey bars).

All suggestions are welcome.

Confiseries de CHOcolat

See a Google search for "CCHO "confiserie de chocolat"" for more examples but I think this is what you're looking for.

Would seem to include tablets under some definitions though, so I'm not 100% it's the right term here.

agree philgoddard : Yes, from Googling it definitely means confiserie de chocolat, but I'm not totally sure of the translation. As you say, "confectionery" would include things like bars and seasonal products.

Yes, or perhaps confiseries chocolatées. Perhaps ref. to pralines, chocolate coated nougat, candy bars as opposed to a straight chocolate bar.
