IMO, either will do Record of translations and certifications or Logbook of (performed) translations.
Josipa Vucko (asker) Dec 23, 2014:
Thank you for your suggestions but there is not many hits on Google for either of the solutions... I also found "Record of Translations and Certifications" here: http://www.verba-hr.com/#!general-terms-and-conditions/cs1d but that's also the only hit.

Useful context! Daily record/Logbook sounds good to me.
zoe1 Dec 23, 2014:
Pogledajte kako ustvari izgleda taj dnevnik.

disagree Daryo : "sudski tumač" can work for years AS "sudski tumač" without ever setting foot in a courtroom. It only means "empowered by the court to certify translations"

Thanslations Logbook

Ta se knjiga u stvari pravilno zove "Dnevnik prijevoda i ovjera". Svaki imenovani stalni sudski tumač Republike Hrvatske mora voditi evidenciju o svom radu i ovjerama prijevoda u tom dnevniku. To je propisano Pravilnikom o stalnim sudskim tumačima ("Narodne Novine" br. 88/08), čl.18.

Sorry, "Translations" not "Thanslations" greška!

log book of translations

I've found this in a sentence about sworn translators in Slovakia which obviously has a similar system to Croatia. I'd use log book, seems only logical too.
