Czego nie zauważyłem to to, że oficjalnym tytule ustawy faktycznie jest to wykonywanie, no więc „performance”, „conducting” czy coś tam raczej powinno być. Wielu tłumaczy takie rzeczy tnie, tym bardziej, że wiadomo, że tutaj akurat to „wykonywanie” nie ma szczególnego znaczenia, więc ciężko mówić, że to by było błędem, no ale osobiście jestem zwolennikiem takiego podejścia, aby w razie wątpliwości jednak nie ciąć, a zostawić. W sumie to niech sobie kto wybierze jak sam chce.

Pod warunkiem, że w środku jest data. W odwołaniu bez daty raczej Act dałbym na końcu: Business Facilitation Act.
