W różnych słownikach można odnaleźć wiele wyjaśnień pojęcia "etatyzm Jedno z nich brzmi następująco: "Etatyzm jest to pojęcie określające działalność gospodarczą państwa kapitalistycznego. Etat stał się podstawą roszczeń wysuwanych przez jednostkę pod adresem jej społecznego otoczenia.
