English term or phrase: super tech agent
This stands for a more qualified technician on the phone support platform who is likely to provide answers (and find solutions) for tougher issues, that other employees cannot deal with.
As you can see, I understand what it means, but does anyone have a good French definition for it?
Thank you for any possible help.
PS. It concerns problems with mobile phones.

agent ultra-technique

Explanation:
Bonsoir, je suis peut-être un peu en retard, mais j'ai tout de suite pensé à quelque chose très colloquial, très jargon, très entreprise: ultra-technique, super-technique...

"a more qualified technician on the phone support platform"

J'espère que ça aidera.
