Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Business and IT at the same time.
English term or phrase: super tech agent
This stands for a more qualified technician on the phone support platform who is likely to provide answers (and find solutions) for tougher issues, that other employees cannot deal with.
As you can see, I understand what it means, but does anyone have a good French definition for it?
