本研究では、従来の簡易型コラム法とポジティブサイコロジー、ストレングスに基づく認知行動療法の観点からコラム法を捉え、ストレングスコラム法を大学生に行った。

From a study of cognitive restructuring methods based on strengths.
I'm not sure what the column method is in general, and specifically I don't know whether 簡易型 should be easy/simple/basic or something entirely different. Presumably this is a well-established technique but I can find no google references.
