Suggestion You could try to look up literature on ultrasound sensors and see if any word or concept looks as if it could be understood or misunderstood as "taste-længde" in Danish.

The lack of understanding of compound words and the lack of hyphens make it look as if the text could have been written by someone whose main language is English. There could be foreign staff in a Danish company. Bearing that in mind, you could think about what could have been mistranslated as "taste". Key? Key length/distance? Touch length/distance? Measuring distance? Test distance? Could it be a basic confusion of test and taste? I'm guessing. Anything that makes sense with ultrasound.

Full of errors Is that a text originally written in Danish? It is full of basic errors. I counted more than ten in the two phrases. If you have copied and pasted them correctly, they are written by someone who doesn't master basic Danish.

About "taste", I'm sorry but I have no idea. Either it is a concept that some of my colleagues can hopefully help with, or it is a systematic typo or misunderstanding. Given the poor quality of Danish, I wouldn't be surprised if it were the latter case.
