English term

allowance: F

English Other Telecom(munications) phone bill
Does anybody please have an idea what it means?
It's an item on a mobile phone bill, next to all the usual data (date, time, number called, duration, cost).

Thanks Thanks for your contribution anyway!
cquest (asker) Apr 23, 2015:
exactemente ;) This is what I've just done.
It must be 'free' or included in the monthly allowance, in other words.

I can't find it either, but if you really need to know, why not contact O2? http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
cquest (asker) Apr 23, 2015:
More context Yes, sorry - it's an O2 bill from the UK.
I looked at the website but so far have not been able to find an explanation of the letter. It does appear next to every item, no other letters there.

Context? Is this a UK phone bill?
Does it always appear with the letter 'F' alongside it? If not, is it ever blank, or what other letters appear?
For all the entries with the same letter, is there anything in common, like the amount for that call, the duration, etc.?
Charles Davis Apr 23, 2015:
@cquest It must be a feature of this particular service. Look at the name of the service provider (company) and the type of service or contract, which should be clear from the bill. Then go to the service provider's website and look at the conditions of that type of service or contract. It should explain what the allowances are and what allowance F specifically means. Without knowing which company or type of contract this is it's very hard to find out.
