By enabling Webhooks, your portal will start submitting key completion actions to your URL defined below.
I have found the following on http://fmis.minfin.bg/help/EN/a9/6c41e8e7f1534c9c778b18940b3... but still have no idea to translate it properly.
key completion (SCM-APO-INT)
Interfaces (SCM-APO-INT)
Function of the APO Core Interface (CIF) that ensures that orders in the ERP system and in SAP APO are identified using the same key. An order that is created in SAP APO and published to the ERP system receives a separate key in the ERP system that differs from any SAP APO key that might already exist for this order. This key is then transferred back to SAP APO and assigned to the original order.
Key completion is executed for the following objects:

Ik heb de indruk dat de SAP interface documentatie je op een verkeerd spoor zet.
Er zijn verschillende key-interpretaties mogelijk, maar ik denk dat het hier gaat om volgende:
Bij het schrijven van code kun je indien gewenst kijken op basis van invoer van eerste paar letters + SPACE (Één en ander hangt van je IDE af.) welke mogelijkheden er bestaan voor manipulaties/methods van het betreffende object. Deze mogelijkheden worden "aangevuld" (completion) d.m.v. de getoonde lijst.
Dus bvb. ge+SPACE-click = 1. getAll(), 2. getLast() 3. etc.
Evenzo in command line: apt+TAB-click : kan aangevuld worden als apt-get
Wat ik in jouw voorbeeld lees:
Als je de web hooks activeert dan zal je target ("URL below") voortaan ook gebruik kunnen maken van key completion acties zoals degene reeds aanwezig in de source (gekozen hook).
