French term

AO: Ecart Sig.

French to English Medical Medical (general) echocardiogram
Hello friends.
I'm running out of time and while I have found most of the abbreviations on a chart of echo-cardiogram measurements, I'm stuck on this one.

This is a line in a chart of echo measurements:
AO: Ecart Sig. (15-26)

I believe AO is aortic root? And that the abbreviation in English remains AO; however, I don't know what "Ecart Sig." stands for. Can someone help?
Thanks.

Ecart Sig. : refers to the inter-sigmoïde valves distance (the distance between the hinge point of the cusps ); i.e., aortic annulus diameter.
