Could you please help me with the difference between the two laws and any possible translations for each as in Kudoz they are both translated as procedure law or code or code of procedure but it looks like they deal with different areas of law as
قانون الاجرائات deals with the whole procedure and قانون المرافعات deals with the submissions of the lawyers to court, as the lawyer (client) claims)
