The case was re-set for hearings in July 2015, at which the plaintiffs indicated that they would present technical witnesses in support of their claim. However, the claimants did not in fact present any witnesses at the hearing, and the hearings were adjourned until August and September 2015. As at 31 July 2015, the 1992 Fund awaits further developments.
