Thanks Danik. I didn't as I am not 100% convinced, but "Jefe" would normally be "Chief/Head of..."; and the special make-up effects would be similar to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosthetic_makeup. So, I will leave it to others in the know. Thx.
