I'm translating the Section 214 International Authorization Granting of the FCC and I saw this term that I can't seem to find anywhere. It says: The Commission modified these requirements most recently in 2000 Biennial Regulatory Review, Policy and Rules Concerning the International, Interexchange Marketplace, FCC 01-93, released, March 20, 2001, 66 Fed. Reg. 16874 (Mar. 28, 2001).
