iné [sic] --> inné

Non-PRO French to English Social Sciences Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc. Gender & sexuality

Members of the public were asked to give their own definition of certain phrases connected with gender & sexuality & they handwrote their answers; the word iné or ine comes up a few times - I'm assuming inné is meant.

e.g. 1: Sexe: Organe sexuel iné [sic]
e.g. 2: Sexe: L'organe genital ine [sic]
e.g. 3: Orientation sexuelle: un comportement sexuel iné qui défini [sic] un individu

inborn, inbuilt, innate, natural - none seem to work. xxx you are born with may work for 1 & 2, but I'm stuck for 3. Suggestions welcome.

Julia Burgess (asker) Nov 18, 2015: Thanks everyone I'm going to go for "innate" for no. 3, as suggested (ref. https://www.cals.ncsu.edu/course/ent425/tutorial/Behavior/), but will stick with "born with" for 1 & 2. I would not normally use "innate" with a physical aspect, only with something intangible, e.g. "innate sense of justice".
