The translations given by weblio just don't carry the same formality, and none of them sound appropriate in that context.

I hope you are all doing well.
The speaker is not expecting an answer to her question "How are you doing?". It's just to show she cares about the audience. Hence, I would translate it as "I hope you are all doing well."
