Maintenance vs key vs key development accounts See http://tinyurl.com/nwlmlex. If the term is used with this meaning, I would suggest something like onze bestaande (winstgevende) accounts.
In the cited article, these accounts are also referred to as 'cash cows'. Basically, these are established (profitable) accounts that generate a steady flow of business. Not necessarily key accounts (which should have a strategic value too), but definitely not accounts that require further development (key development accounts). Maintenance is all that's needed.

More context needed Does [name bedrijf] refer to one of the company's partners/suppliers/contractors?? As always, it all really depends on the context. Right now I'm thinking of 'onze bestaande onderhoudsportfolio', but I would need more context to see if this really fits.

Ik denk dat het hier om een klantenbestand gaat, de klanten trouwens dienen behouden (maintained) te worden, niet zozeer de bedrijven. Klantendatabase kan ook.
