Just putting this out there as an option as I don't quite know what this refers to in Spain. In Mexico (City), however, these terms are a bit more specific than repairs and fitting. "Rectificación" is a term they use specifically to refer to reconditioning, i.e. milling, surface grinding, reboring, etc., parts such as brake discs and cylinder blocks; while "ajuste" can mean tuning engine parts, or adjusting brakes.
There are probably quite a few ways to translate this, but that's the general idea. As I say, I have no idea whether this applies to Spain too.
