6. EDITORIAL APPROVAL AND RIGHT TO EDIT

6.1 xxx shall have the right to creative and editorial input throughout, and approval over, all aspects and phases of the pre-production and production (the "Production Activities"), including, without limitation, Program and series titles, scripts, rough cuts, fine cuts, on-air talent, voiceover talent, production personnel (including, without limitation, the production manager and production accountant) and changes to the Production Budget and/or Production Schedule other than those which are minor in nature. At its option, xxx shall have the right to have one or more representatives present during the Production Activities. xxx shall designate one or more persons who shall be xxx representative(s) for the production of the Program and all xxx approvals required herein. Program Materials submitted to xxx for approval pursuant to this provision shall be clearly designated as items requiring xxx approval and shall not be submitted with any other materials. Any xxx approvals required herein shall be exercised within five (5) business days of xxx receipt of the items to be approved. Any revisions to the Program requested by xxx after xxx has given written approval shall be at the sole cost of xxx and may be performed at xxx sole discretion by xxx or by Producer, upon written approval of Producer’s estimate of the cost of such revisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, xxx shall have a reasonable amount of time to approve final delivery of the Program and all Program Materials with silence not being deemed an approval.

Puedo estar equivocado, y por favor corríjanme si sea así, pero no estoy seguro de que la palabra "editorial" en español de el mismo sentido de "editorial" en inglés.

Creo que el matiz del término inglés aquí gira sobre el control, y de ahí, el derecho de aprobar o rechazar todo tipo de elementos y contenidos que cualquier persona o departamento quiera introducir al proyecto. Si tienes el "editorial approval", eres tu quien finalmente puede dictar lo que sí o no se queda en la película, obra, texto, etc., en definitivo a la hora de publicar.

Quizá "autorización/visto bueno sobre contenidos" sean opciones también.
