verb tense in application forms

English to Arabic Other Human Resources Application form Arabic translation, whether questions to be in 2nd person singular or plural
I am reviewing a few application forms EN into AR. All the questions have been translated into the second person plural. Although it is formal, wouldn't be more accurate if the questions are kept in the second person singular?

Target audience is Arab refugees in the U.S.

This question is better suited in the forum - Arabic.<br> The formal and standard way is to use the plural. If your target text audience is men only or women only you may use the second person singular with changing pronouns and verb forms to fit the correct gender.
"Target audience is Arab refugees in the U.S." --> in this case the correct way is to use the plural form.
