El Fideicomiso y el Fideicomitente (como Administrador) celebrarán un contrato de Servicios con cualquier tercero que cuente con la experiencia y capacidad operativa necesaria para que en su calidad de Administrador (el “Administrador de Pagos”) lleve a cabo la administración de la cobranza que reciba el Fideicomiso y genere los reportes necesarios para la sana administración de la cobranza recibida en el fideicomiso.
Todos los gastos y comisiones que se originen a partir de la firma del Contrato de Servicios correrán por parte del Fideicomitente.

The Trust and the Trustor ( as Administrator) shall enter into a service contract with any third party that has the experience and operational capacity necessary so that in his capacity as Administrator (the " Payment Administrator " ) he may manage the collections received by the Trust and generate the necessary reports for the proper management of collections received in the Trust.
All expenses and fees derived from the signing of the Service Contract shall be paid by the Trustor .
