Japanese term
歴割れ
Japanese to English
Bus/Financial
Human Resources
Radiology
The term comes from a list of user messages for a computer program used by the HR department of a large company. It comes in sevral sentences, an example being:
申請中に歴割れが発生し終了日が入力されたものと異なる社員
I think it should be something like:
"Employee whose end date is different to the one input because a XXX occured in his/her application"
Does anybody iknow what this 歴割れ could be?
よろしくおねがいいたします。

prematurely terminated position
Since it is used by HR, I am guessing it may be related to 「職歴」or something like that. If I could see other examples I may be able to find out more? I am sorry this may not help you much.
