bands
"Cy" is short for "cayados"/"en cayado", which refers to immature neutrophils. These are usually known as "bands" in English.

Cytosis?
Total guess.
"Cytosis (cyto- + -osis) is a transport mechanism for the movement of large quantities of molecules into and out of cells. "...

NB: Don't take my non-specialist word for it. I'd wait and see if any more knowledgeable colleagues come along...
