Well done, Robert Usually Google prompts you with the correct spelling, but even when you spell it right it gets only 30 hits. I would be tempted to ignore it in the translation, and just say "children with autistic spectrum disorder".

@Phil Using words nobody has seen before is an excellent way to establish how clever and learned you are. I would hazard a guess that the linguistic priorities of the person who wrote this title are about as far from yours as it's possible to get.

I wondered about that too, but why coin a word that gets no Google hits? Why repeat psicología/psicológico and not just say "atención de los niños con trastorno del espectro autista"?
