E.g. a specialist device only sold to dentists in the Faroe Islands or cars sold worldwide?

@ Asker Depends a bit on your wider context, and thus why they specifically call this a 'field recall' — which may depend in part on exacly WHAT this product is that's being recalled? I don't think you should just skim over it, unless you have understood why it was expressed that way in the first place.
