German term
(...aus dem Gesellschaftsdarlehen) an den Kaufgegenstand...
German to English
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
Die vertragsschließenden Parteien vereinbaren die Zession der Forderungen der Verkäufer aus dem Gesellschaftsdarlehen an den Kaufgegenstand an die Käufer.
was translated as follows into English:
The contracting parties agree on the assignment of claims of the seller from the shareholders loans in the purchased item to the buyer.
I don't feel comfortable with this translation at all, especially "in the purchased item..."
Could any native speaker shed some light here?

Alas, the Dietl/Lorenz rendering of 'object of purchase (or sale)' does not square with actual UK sale of goods or contract drafting practice.

Discussion
I'm not sure of the meaning, but the translator has mixed up the singular and plural, and Gesellschaft doesn't mean shareholder.
