To add Rebecca Jower does have "Permuta de solar por inmuebles a construir" rendered as "Exchange of land for future buildings (constructed on that land)" in her lexicon. So I imagine something like "barter agreement allowing for an exchange of land for future buildings". This seems to be a common type of barter contract in Spain: http://litigationinspain.com/our-services/contracts/barter-c...
