Tengo una duda relacionada a la construcción de este tipo de expresión, en inglés, en este contexto:
"Cuanto mayor sea la calidad de la tierra, mayor será el beneficio para las plantas y el medio ambiente"
Aquí mi propuesta:
"The higher the quality of soil, the greater the benefits to plants and environment will be. "
¿Sería correcta? ¿Es necesario el "will be" del final?

This construction is more common in Spanish than in English.. I run into it fairly often and usually try to use a less "dramatic" structure, such as:
'A better quality soil will yield greater benefits for plants ...'
However, this solution omits the idea that the progressively better quality of soil is progressively better for plants--if it needs to be emphasized in the context.
