Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Memorandum of Understanding

This is from an Addendum to a Memorandum of Understanding for building a new railway line in the Veneto region.

TUTTO CIO’ PREMESSO E CONSIDERATO
Le Parti, come in epigrafe individuate, convengono quanto di seguito riportato.
Art. 1
Le premesse ed i ***considerata*** formano parte integrante e sostanziale del presente Addendum ed hanno valore di patto.

I know premesse is preamble or recitals, but what's the English equivalent of "considerata"? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA
