By contrast:
Immovable property is an immovable object, an item of property that cannot be moved without destroying or altering it - property that is fixed to the earth, such as land or a house. Immovable property includes premises, property rights (for example, inheritable building right), houses, land and associated goods, and chattels if they are located on, or below, or have a fixed address. It is delimited by geographic coordinates or by reference to local landmarks, depending on the jurisdiction.

Thanks, Frank! "relocated" sounds quite ok to me, however, "relocation from the location" would be a bit too much :) what about this pre-final version? ;) 1.5.1. The insurance does not apply to movable property, which was relocated from the place of insurance, unless this relocation was agreed in writing by the Insured with the Insurer beforehand. |

Discussion
The insurance does not apply to movable property THAT was relocated from the place of insurance, unless SUCH relocation was agreed/APPROVED (PREVIOUSLY) in writing by the Insured with the Insurer beforehand.
I wonder what "by" the Insured means. Logically, it should be "approved beforehand in a written agreement between the Insured and the Insurer". How do yu understand this?
