Hola! Estoy trabajando en un expediente médico, y estoy atorada en "Small intervening packets of tissue". El documento dice lo siguiente:

We identified the gonadal vein and the ureter and lifted this up the psoas, dissected distally down to the common iliac
artery and then cephalad up to the renal hilum. The gonadal vein was separated from the ureter. ***Small intervening packets of tissue*** were taken using the LigaSure device.

En el pasado, se planteó una duda similar:
no normal intervening brain tissue, que se tradujo como: sin tejido cerebral normal interpuesto, y se sugirió también: sin tejido cerebral que pueda ser intervenido quirúrgicamente.
