more bananas from consignment at delivery
Selected
des livraisons plus importantes
permettre aux détaillants de recevoir des livraisons (de bananes) plus importantes.
Le contexte laisse à penser que la précision du produit (bananes) pourrait faire l'objet d'une implicitation.

: Vous avez oubliez "from the consignment"???// Wrong, the consignment is what is received by the wholesaler, part of which is then sold and delivered to the retailer in question.

Merci pour cette remarque. Dans ce contexte particulier, "from the consignement" est rendu par "des livraisons" (qui renvoie aussi à "at delivery") dans la solution offerte. J'entends le mot "consignment" comme lot/envoi de bananes, et donc, livraison.

: the "delivery" mentioned in the ST is NOT a delivery to retailers, but the delivery to the wholesaler - your explanation is roughly OK, but there is little point attempting a translation without first correcting the parsing

: CL5? you mixed up the wholesale and retail deliveries ...// this ST is about the stage when the wholesale delivery was done - nothing said about delivering to retailers.

What do you mean by "CL5"? I perfectly understood that the bananas were delivered to retailers and the more bananas accepted by the retailers, the better for the wholesaler! Is your comment a reply to my message to Jean regarding "stock en consignation"?

English term (edited):
to accept more bananas from the consignment at delivery
[.. à chaque détaillant] de prendre plus de bananes lors de l'arrivée d'une livraison en gros
fist thing first: "consignment at delivery" is NOT a term of its own
to make sense of this sentence you need to look at the whole of:
[retailers] to accept more bananas from the consignment at delivery
=
when there is a wholesale delivery, each retailer can "accept" [simply "take"?] from that delivered quantity more bananas for itself
allowing retailers to accept more bananas from the consignment at delivery.
=
permet à chaque détaillant de prendre plus de bananes lors de l'arrivée d'une livraison en gros

a bit of Non-Virtual-World v.1:
the "consignment" is simply the delivered wholesale shipment of bananas
most wholesale markets operate in a very similar way:
when a wholesale shipment arrives, it's without any further ado offered to waiting retailers / buyers [often very early in the morning, so that shopkeepers have time to get to their shops before opening time]
that explains the "at delivery" bit - all this resale of the freshly delivered "consignment" is done right at arrival time [i.e. at the time of the wholesale delivery]!

: I believe that the "consignment" is the shipload of bananas dispatched by the growers. If the ship goes down, the consignment is at the bottom of the ocean and never becomes a "delivered wholesale shipment". :(

yes, of course that that can happen, but this ST is about the stage when a successfully delivered consignment [of bananas dispatched by the growers] is straight away resold to retailers // the danger of ending on the ocean floor is in the past ...

Discussion
The full context should help determine the most plausible meaning and appropriate translation.
consignment
kənˈsʌɪnm(ə)nt noun
a batch of goods destined for or delivered to someone.
"a consignment of drugs"
synonyms:
delivery, shipment, load, containerload, shipload, boatload, lorryload, truckload, cargo;
"consignment at delivery"
there isn't any kind of special "consignment" that would be happening / being linked to "a delivery"
you can't make a "term" from two parts of a sentence that both keep their standalone meaning!
"consignment" is part of "accept more bananas from the consignment"
and
"at delivery" is another separate part of the sentence
From what I understand, the translated phrase could then go like this:
permettre aux détaillants d'accepter davantage de bananes provenant du stock en consignation lors de la livraison.
