Moderne Überwachungskameras mit Internet-Anschluss vor Ort aufstellen? Wohl eher nicht.
Hier geht es IMHO um etwas, das man "auf den Punkt gezielt" nennt.
Leider wissen wir nicht, um was für Projekte es geht. Da aber die Roma einbezogen werden sollen, geht es vermutlich um irgendeine Förderung (regelmäßiger Schulbesuch der Kinder, Sprachunterricht, Berufsausbildung, ...). "Auf den Punkt gezielt" heißt z. B. bei der Sprachförderung, dass man keine Listen über Kursusanwesenheiten ausfüllt, sondern ganz konkret die Fortschritte prüft. Das kann man z. B. mit speziellen Computerprogrammen machen.
