I'm not sure about the translation of this term. It appears in a long document regarding ownership of a property complex, which includes a shopping arcade. The term appears in the following title "Régularisation foncière dans le Marché X" and nowhere else in the document. Here is a paragraph that appears shortly after it:
Vu la délibération X des 17, 18 et 19 novembre 2014 relative au protocole d’aménagement de la galerie commerciale du Marché X qui autorise la Maire de Paris à signer tous les actes fonciers et conventionnels nécessaires au projet de restructuration du Marché X et notamment la modification de l’Etat Descriptif de Division en Volumes (EDDV) ;
I have translated other instances of "régularisation" in the document as "adjustment", but I'm not convinced of its accuracy. It appears in "régularisation de contours de volumes", "régulariser les débords des volumes" and "les m² régularisé ont été arrondis". Does "property adjustment" or "land adjustment" work here?

Having satisfied all steps required to obtain approval(s) of some sort(s) at various stages along the way, it would seem the final go-ahead has been given. Having satisfied all requirements, the mayor can then sign the go-ahead and the project would be assumed to.

: I'd like to see this backed up with a reference since "Code" usually means a codified Law is the French context
