This is the title of a book about sports medicine. Trying to find a nice translation for it. My translation will not be official, I will be using it in brackets next to the original title.

The same expression (with slightly different spelling) is used in Swedish (my native language) and it means "Best in decisive moments" or "Best when really needed". -- To tell the truth, i don't know if you have understood the phrase and are looking for an elegant translation, or if you needed my explanation. -- "Superior where it counts" comes quite close to the original, I think.
