Spanish term

Contratación y resolución de contrato laboral

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Employment contract
I'm struggling with the best way to phrase this section of the document.

My current attempt is 'Recruitment and termination of employment contract'. I would be highly appreciative of any other suggestions you may have.

Thanks in advance

engagement and termination of employment [contract]

I think "contratación" is slightly different from recruitment, which is the process of finding employees, although by extension it usually refers to hiring or engaging them too. I'd just use "engagement and termination of employment" but if you want to be literal you can say "employment contract". If it's the title of a section, I don't think you need to be too literal because headings generally have no legal consequences in terms of contract construction.

"We understand the legal issues relating to recruitment, engagement and termination of employment, as well as the matters that arise both during and after the employment relationship."
