Spanish term

desincronizaciones

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Taxation & Customs
I am beginning to tire of this particular author's long windedness. I'm not really sure what is meant here - just differences or is it disagreements: Desynchronisations sounds pretty silly to me.

vemos prioritario que se logre un consenso a la hora de concretar qué Estado es el de la fuente; es decir, que no haya desincronizaciones entre los Estados implicados a la hora de otorgarse ambos la vitola de Estado en el que se origina la renta

desynchronization

= lack of synchronization with each other.
Synchronization of taxation regulations and billing systems between different states, for example in the EU, is a hot topic nowadays.
I agree that it sounds stupid if used in the plural in English, but it does appear to be "a thing". Having said that, it wouldn't be my first choice, as there are better ways to render the meaning.
Example sentence:

A high degree of business cycle synchronisation between Member States is crucial for a smooth functioning of EMU

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : This sounds overly mechanical and unnatural in English; the sort of jingo one hears sometimes in trendy hi-tech firms, but not really intelligible to ordinary mortals
