English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general)

The client must verbally acknowledge the commitments listed on the MSC Questionnaire Form and the (bank officer) must memorialize the conversation in the comments section on the MSCQ Form.
The file must be referred through established Compliance decision channels as a category 2 for approval by one ***compliance delegation holder*** within the Compliance Operational Perimeter or Region.
