RLT = roulement
bearing
I'm just guessing that all these things could well be 'bearings', and 'rlt' is an abberviarion I've come across before used this way in a non-aeronautical context.
It could make sense, inasmuch as bearings are typically time-limited components in an aeronautical environment.
