Dutch term

Bestuurder van vennootschappen

Non-PRO Dutch to English Other Finance (general)
Hello,
This is taken from a CV that I am working on. Most of the text is in French, but there are a few lines in Dutch.
My knowledge of Dutch is non-existent, so does anybody have any ideas on this one?
Thanks,
Richard
