English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

A. Foundation shall provide to XXX the Advertiser Services at and relating to the Forum in exchange of equal-value services, which shall be delivered as:


(i) Participation of 2 Partner representatives in the forum as Official Programme Participants (2 Packages “Premium”);
(ii) 2 official Forum Vehicles
(iii) 2 transportation passes
(iv) 2 work spaces in the forum’s press center
(v) SPIEF certificate
(vi) Provision of photo and video footage
(vii) Hotel for participants
(viii) XXX logo :
a. Published in the Partner’s section of the Forum website
b. On outdoor ad spaces and the forum venue
c. On ad spaces at the Forum Sporting Programme Venues
d. Presentations on TV panels
(ix) Assistance with arranging interviews with reps of the forum, newsmakers and forum’s VIP participants, if required
(x) Opportunity --to place XXX collateral-- in main forum venue and networking areas
