Karta leczenia psychiatrycznego: 'Z całości danych wynika, ze zmiany w jego funkcjonowaniu obserwowano już od dłuższego czasu był niespokojny, chaotyczny, w wypowiedziach liczne urojenia prześladowcze....'.
