Se refiere a un FMEA de Ingenieria. Toda una oracion que no puedo describir en forma escrita. Espero alguien pueda ayudarme despues de detallar el siguiente contexto:
"1. Damaged end cap.
2. Valve may fall apart in tank.
3. Improper alignment of nest or end cap station. ***Wrong stroke length on end cap pick and place*. Debris / burrs in dial nest. Excessive flash on body.
4. 100% visual inspection.
5. RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: Add vision system to end cap station for proper location and fully seated. Check tabs on body.
6. RESPONSIBILITY AND TARGET COMPLETION DATE: Mfg. Eng. 12/04."
De acuerdo al cliente "pick and place" queda igual y "end cap" es tapa inferior. Mi gran confusion es la oracion que dice: WRONG STROKE LENGTH ON END CAP PICK AND PLACE. Espero sus respuestas. Gracias.
