Ich sehe die Abkürzung IFRS in der Regel eher nicht mehr ins Deutsche übersetzt, aber wenn man das möchte, kann man das gut: internationale Rechnungslegungsstandards https://www.bundesbank.de/Navigation/DE/Service/Glossar/_fun...
Ganz gut finde ich auch "vom IASB entwickelte Rechnungslegungsstandards", da das sehr genau ist - sieht man aber selten.
